Stacks Squares is all about community-building. Artists of all skill levels are encouraged to apply. Each round aims to feature established professional muralists alongside amateur talent and new artists.
Working artists will enjoy the creative freedom of the Project, and make quick work of the manageable dimensions (seven foot squares), while meeting new people and sharing ideas. People at earlier stages of their journey will enjoy meeting a healthy challenge with modest heights and mildly textured surfaces, plus the chance to try new tools and sharpen their skillset!
We look forward to hearing from you and learning more about your proposal! Don’t be shy. Artist who are not selected remain in the talent pool and may be contacted later, but feel free to apply more than once if your portfolio has grown.
